INTEREST LIST

If you would like to be placed on our interest list, please fill out a puppy application. It is never too early to get on our list! Once you are on our interest list, you will be the first to know about confirmed pregnancies.    Check out our Current Puppy Page and the Upcoming Litter page for information on our current and future litters. 

DEPOSITS

Deposits are $500 and will go towards the final purchase price of your puppy. Deposits are non-refundable. If you decide that your puppy isn't in the litter you put a deposit down, you may transfer your deposit to a future litter. While we cannot guarantee the number of puppies born in each litter, we CAN guarantee that you will get a healthy and happy new family member! Mother Nature always gets the final say in how many puppies are born and we carefully make decisions about future litters based on the dam's health. You are always welcome to skip any available litter and wait for the perfect puppy. Everyone on our list is placed in order their application received, In the event a litter is not produced like we had hoped, there aren't enough puppies out of your preferred litter, or the puppy available to you doesn't meet your criteria, then your deposit will go towards our next available litter. By placing your deposit with us, we assume you agree to these terms. 

We only accept payment through gooddog.com. Version of payment is safer for you as the buyer as your payment is insured against puppy scammers. It also protects me as a seller from fraudulent payments. All around this is the only way I can ensure that we are both protected as internet scams and payment fraud are all to common these days.

You will not be asked to pay a deposit until you the submitted a puppy application, we have had a phone call interview, and a litter of puppies has been born. I will ask you for the deposit and send you a link to the gooddog payment portal for you to make your payment. 

PUPPY PICK-OUT DAY

Once you are on our interest list, we will alert you once a litter is born. If you decide you would like to get a puppy from the litter, you will be asked to pay your deposit and be assigned your official spot on the reservation list. As the puppies age, you will get weekly photos and videos sent directly to your email so that you can watch as the puppies grow. At 6 weeks you will be invited to meet all of the puppies and have a puppy playdate to see each of them in action. At 7 weeks we will do their temperament evaluations. Each evaluation will be recorded and those on the deposit list for that specific litter will be emailed links to see each evaluation and the score card for each puppy. These evaluations will be priceless as they will help you to be ready to make your pick at 8 weeks. Once the puppies are 8 weeks old, picks will go in order of deposits received. Each person on the waitlist will be invited to have a 30 minute time to meet with the puppies they are most interested in and make their pick. The puppy price in full will be due for puppy to go home with you.

VISITATIONS

Visitors are not welcome to visit us. we are a small breeder and to protect our family and our dogs, we only allow those with a deposit on a litter to visit the farm. Those who have paid a deposit will be welcome to visit the litter they are on the waitlist for only on "puppy playdate" days at 6 weeks. Before visiting, don't go to pet stores, animal shelters, dog parks, or any other high traffic areas where other animals frequent. Upon arriving you will be asked to remove shoes and sanitize your hands before touching the puppies to avoid the spread of diseases that can be lethal to puppies. Our dogs are raised in our home. We do not have business hours and we do not allow tours of our home.

FINAL PAYMENT

The payment in its entirety is due on puppy pick day when you pick up your puppy.

REFUNDS

Deposits are nonrefundable. Please only place a deposit if you will be ready for a new puppy in the next 6 months! After the puppy has left our care, the you have 3 days to take the puppy in to see a vet for a physical examination. If the puppy is to be found in ill health with any life threatening disease which was caused by us as the breeder, only then can the puppy be returned for a full refund. Shipping fees, if any, would not be refunded. 

DELIVERY

If you are unable to personally pick up your puppy on "puppy pick day", we can have your puppy hand-delivered to an airport near you! Your puppy will fly as carry-on with a "flight nanny" in the comfort of the airplane cabin. Hand-delivery to the continental US starts at $550 (depending on location). This will include your puppy's health certificate, soft crate, flight, and transportation to the airport. We can also have your puppy hand-delivered to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and other countries outside of the continental US, but prices vary by location.

HEALTH GUARANTEE

We are proud of each puppy we produce and each puppy comes with a 2-Year Health Guarantee. This means that we guarantee your puppy to be free from any life threatening congenital defect. If your puppy developed a life threatening congenital defect in its first two years of life, we will replace your puppy free of charge. 

DEWCLAWS & TAIL DOCKING

We keep our puppies’ dewclaws and tails intact. 

Amazingly, dewclaws are like a dog’s thumbs and are used to help a dog maneuver while running, and they enable them to climb and grip objects like bones and toys. They are connected to tendons in the wrist. They are not useless appendages. Removing the claw is extremely painful and damages those tendons which can cause arthritis. As a breeder we want to do our best to reduce the risk of arthritis as much as possible.

In Europe and many other countries, removing dewclaws, tail docking, and ear cropping is outlawed. Even thought these procedures are allowed in the USA it is done purely for cosmetic reasons. 

Because of these reasons, we do not offer tail docking or remove dew claws on any of our bernedoodle puppies.

BOARDING

We can keep your puppy after puppy pick out day if it is necessary. We charge $20.00 a day to board your puppy. This fee covers: food, supplies, and our time to care for and socializing your puppy. Boarding your puppy must be discussed prior to puppy pick out day. Please don't surprise us!

RETURNS

Because we never want our puppies to end up in a shelter or rescue, if a puppy does not work out in his or her new home please contact us! We understand life happens and we are wiling to take the puppy or dog back and help you find a new home for the dog/puppy. We do not offer refunds. Also, exchanges can only be made within the 2-year health guarantee window if the puppy was found to have a genetic defect.

BREEDING RIGHTS

Each puppy is sold on a strict spay/neuter contract. Breeding rights are available only approved breeders. If you are interested in purchased a dog for a breeding program, please email us.
